Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within a standard timeframe.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
  2. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
  4. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  6. INTIFAB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Returns

Customers may return products within 7 days of receipt if they are unsatisfied or if the products are damaged. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We offer two options for processing returns:

  • Store Credit: We will credit your Intifab account with the amount equal to the purchase, which can be used for future purchases.
  • Bank Refund: We will refund the amount, minus applicable fees, directly to your bank account after receiving and validating the return.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. No cancellations are entertained beyond this period.

Faulty Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
